What makes the Benriner mandoline a chefs' favorite is the back finger screw which is tightened to lock in the blade depth. The mandoline comes standard with (3) julienne blades ranging from matchstick to French fry. A workable finger guard holds the food in place while slicing to create a barrier between you and the blade. Hand wash. Julienne thickness are 1MM, 3MM and 7MM.
