The Wüsthof 4066-7/09 3-1/2 inch paring knife features a forged, straight edge blade constructed with high carbon stainless steel built to last long through all sorts of uses. The small narrow blade tapers to a point at the tip to help cut and trim produce. The polymer handle also features a full tang that is triple riveted to the handle for precise control.
